By accessing UpTurn AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Usage License
Permission is granted to temporarily use UpTurn AI's services for personal or commercial development. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not reverse engineer the core AI synthesis engines.
3. Content Ownership
All AI-generated outputs (images, text, video) created using UpTurn AI are the sole property of the user, provided your account remains in good standing according to your subscription tier.
4. Limitations
In no event shall UpTurn AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on UpTurn AI's internet site.
